Hi! Has anyone of you tried out this new chess computer? I've been waiting for it for a long time now, and yesterday I saw that it finally arrived in the stores here in Germany. What makes me wonder about this nice looking little chess computer is its low price of only DM 99. I own the Saitek Kasparov GK2000 chess computer and the Miami seems to have nearly the same features and the same strength (both are said to have 1900 SSDF-comparable ELO, in the official Saitek catalog) for a much lower price. Is the Miami the same computer as the old Travel Champion and GK2000? If I am satisfied with the GK2000 and searching for a handheld, will I be satisfied with the Miami too? Or should I take the Cosmos, which is priced at DM 199 (why is it's price so much higher???). Or anything else? I've always been looking for a not too expensive handheld with real time-controls, a not too small opening book, an LCD display which can show some information and a not too low playing strength. All handhelds up to now didn't have all of this, or they were too expensive. The Miami seems to have it all... should I simply be happy and buy it?!? ;-) Thank you, Heiko.
