Chris,

Money - always a problem never enough. Look into the 1700+ dirt cheap - I even
swapped a XP2000+ palamino (spelling?) for a 1700+ tbred. I could only run the
XP2000+ at about 1700 real but the tbred at 2000 real. The other person did not
want to clock so prefered the true XP2000+, actually to be fair their
motherboard would not unlock the XP1700+ so it did make sense. Could have tried
to unlock the processor with the 9v battery trick supposed to be safe?!
