Hi Kurt,

Well, the only way I can get "Monkey" to work is by setting the params direct,
such as:

[ENGINE]
Name=The King
Author=Johan de Koning
Filename=wb2uci.exe

[OPTIONS]
Program=C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\Chessmaster 9000\TheKing.exe
InitString=cm_parm default\cm_parm opk=694388 opp=141 opn=234 opb=141 opr=141
opq=141 myp=141 myn=283 myb=141 myr=141 myq=141 mycc=43 mymob=52 myks=104
mypp=77 mypw=77 opcc=43 opmob=52 opks=104 oppp=77 oppw=77 cfd=0 sop=9 avd=33
rnd=0 sel=6 md=1
HashCommand=cm_parm tts=33554432 ttu=7

But yes, if I modify anything here, it will work -- such as MD 8. But even
doing the method Mihaly just posted doesn't work: for example:
..snip...
Visible=Ponder,Hash,Logfile,Extras
[EXTRAS]
Max Depth (md)=cm_parm md=%i|spin|1|0|999
...snip...

In theory that would allow me to set the max depth, defaulting to 1. It shows
up all right under engine parameters, but the engine will never stop its search
at "1"... as if it has no impact.
