You could build a book for Fritz, which is what I did, and I had a lot of fun
doing it too.

Heres what I did, I downloaded large.zip from Yace website and I filtered the
games, which left only people above 2600 who had won as White, I then removed
the games that I didn't want, and threw them into a book.  I then filtered the
rest of the games of 2600+ GM's who had won with black, once again removed the
games with Black that I didn't want and added them also.

As for making the book, open up Fritz, go to File---->New------>opening book
then press open which should open up your book and it will be blank with no
moves.  Then you go to Edit----->Import Games then find the file(s) which you
want to import.  I did it and am right now testing out the book for the
Chessbase server.
