Subject: The King in Fritz style GUI - Request for comments

Hi,

I have seen some interest in running CM9000 The King engine inside the Fritz
style GUI. To bad the format of the settings is rather vague and can sometimes
be rather messy when someone tries to share them.

Today I ask interested people to help me with a standard that we may use and
exchange settings with. To get this started I have made a proposal and set up
some files. You can get them at:

http://briefcase.yahoo.com/brian.kostick@sbcglobal.net

the file is CM9-wb2uci.zip. No there is no cracking and engine is not included.
There is more detail in the .zip as ReadMe.txt. I will caution that this is
directed to people already familar with wb2uci.eng format, a little technical
and requires some knowledge of CM9 settings/parameters. Not intended as a
beginner tutorial, but rather a request to review the proposal, check the
settings, and generate feedback.

Yes, people would have to re-enter there favorite settings but I think the
process is rather easy once you have worked through it once.

Maybe a later time we can cover CM8000 if there is enough interest in doing so.
It's basicly a subset of CM9000 settings anyway.

Thanks,
BK
