I do not have palm tiger or Sapphire II but my guess is that people
underestimate palm tiger.

palm tiger is close o 2100 ssdf rating and it is old palm tiger(14.9 and not 15)
palmtiger 15 is probably 50 elo stronger that means 2150 ssdf rating.

2150 ssdf rating means 2250 fide rating because ssdf rating was eqvivalent to
fide rating in the low level before ssdf reduced 100 elo from ssdf.

2250 fide rating is eqvivalent to 2350 uscf rating based on my knowledge and it
means that palm tiger 15 is estimated to be 2350 uscf rating against humans.
