Subject: Time management in Tiger 15 (to Christophe)

Hallo Christophe,
IIRC you once wrote that Tiger does not handle Fisher clock correctly or Tiger
has no (correctly working) implementation for it.
1) Is this (still) true for Tiger 15?
2) If so, is this true for Chesspartner-, ChessBase and/or ChessAssistant-GUI?
3) If so, does it harm Tigers play on the ChessBase server (when using the
CB-GUI)?
