Shredder7.04 on P90 or something of eqvivalent strength may probably give you grandmaster strength. Fritz3 on p90 achieved IM norm some years ago and it achieved some draws against GM's in that tournament(the weaker players did better against it because they trained against the program at home). Shredder7.04 is significantly better than Fritz3 so I guess that it is GM strength on p90 at least when the GM's do not train against it to find it's weakness and GM's have not the privilage to train against a copy of their opponent so using games when GM's did special training against the opponent is unfair.
