Yes, it is probably Super-GM strength. Here are the numbers. SSDF list has Shredder 7.0 at 2768 on Amd 1200. The author of Shredder estimated about 20-30 points higher for 7.04,which gets you to 2800. If 2400 is your clock speed you could add about 50 to 70 more points(SSDF, shows a 70 point increase for speed double for Shredder 7). So bottom line is about 2850 against other comps, against humans who knows. Even if you knock off 150-200 points against humans it still is roughly Super-GM strength.
