Subject: Rebel 12 beta in WindowsXP Home?

  I changed from WinME to WinXP'Home' the other day, now find I can't get
  Rebel 12 beta to start :(
   Has anyone else had this problem, or is it just me? On WinME to start it I
just went to the DOS prompt, then to the Rebgel12 directory, then to  Rebel exe
and away it went. Not so with WinXP.
  Any help would be appreciated, as Rebel12 is one fine program.
