Subject: rebel 10 benchmarks & etc

OK, it looks like I am the first to post benchmarks for a CYRIX 333 (2536) and a
K6-2 300 (2546) for Rebel10. (which is a far cry from the estimated 2980)

In any case, at the same MHZ, Rebel10 seems to run approximately 20% faster on a
K6-2 than a Cyrix MII. PII 400 is rated at 2550, only 4 more than K6-2 300
implying only an increase of ~ 5% speed for Rebel.

I notice that Ed Schroder capped the max rating to 2600 FIDE ELO. What is
interesting is an article I read said that with the new programs and high
powered PCs coming out next year, programs would be performing at 2650 ELO. Does
this mean that Ed is a true pessimist? :)

Ed, if you read this please also include option for K6-2 350, k6-2 380, K6-2
400, and PII-450.
