Thank you. I added the code and incremented ply for the null move and am getting an extra 1 to 2 ply extra per search now. Somehow when adding the code I broke my qsearch function, I’m not sure if it is related to the null move yet because I changed some other things to clean up my code a little also. The ply veritable is part of my Search class. Thank you very much for you reply. I am just a first year CS student so I am still a bit slow and unsure at times as to what will work. Ryan
