Genius5 comes with a DOS version for G3 and G5, as I recall. The DOS versions will work fine, but you can't adjust the hash easily on them. The windows G5 will start in a half minimised window, and the chess board window will not show the squares or pieces. A pity. I considered petitioning my hard drive, but the program to do that is not freeware, or even 'cheapware'. I think I saw it at about US$70, cheaper just to buy a different program, like you suggest.
