I just got my Shredder 7 CD today in the mail. And upon installing it and logging in the playchess.com server, i received a message asking me if i wanted to upgrade. I clicked yes but i keep getting the following message: "Internet error:The server name or address could not be resolved" What does this mean and what can i do to correct this problem?
