I dont play against top programs, except some blitz games.
Not very often though.

Mobility is always important but here black should be able to develop his pieces
just in time.

But it is also important to have secure places for the minor pieces.
What if they can be chased away with tempo later on?

Probably it is a forced win for white if you give white one tempo.
