You most likely have a hardware issue and best my guess it is most likely memory related. The memory is failing under the stress of a chess program that will tax any system at 180/seconds per move. You system seems to be failing the "test". I don't have an easy solution short of testing with different ram memory or a different computer. I'm assuming you are not over clocking. Good luck.
