You just have to create a empty PGN database in your ChessBase or Fritz (etc.)
program, and copy the content (all games at once) from the CBH or CBF database
into the PGN database. IIRC, all CB. programs since F5.32 can write PGN.
Chessmaster 9000 will read the PGN database.

(There's just no function which is called "convert"...)
