the 3000+ has 512k cache instead of 256k like the older XP's. Benchamrks on the various hardware websites show only slight and disappointing improvements in actual speed. Oh, and contrary to what someone else said here, the 3000+'s are 333MHz DDR. the 3200+'s will be 400, however.
