    Hi Mike
    Your are in principle right. The question however remains what is
    meant by "noticable". I have so far never seen a reliable test that
    proved an increase of playing strength in ELO with higher hash tables.
    Personally, I think there is indeed not much difference: it should
    at least be 32 MB, perhaps better 64 MB hash but all about these values
    will hardly bring anything 'noticeable'. If I find the time or better
    if I have nothing better to do, I am going to make a test between two
    programs.

This applys to all Chessbase Engines that I
>have (Fritz,Junior,Shredder).Tiger(from Rebel,and NOT under a Chessbase GUI) has a maxium of 192 mb of Hash,and I can't get anymore on any of My P/cs.Shoot Me a E-mail if I can be of futher assistance.
