Subject: Looking for the Manual for the Old Fidelity Par Excellence 2 questions

I just bought an old Fidelity par excellence 2100 from a friend, problem is he
doesn't have the manual for it, I have no clue how to set the thing to play
sudden death game in 30, or how might i set it for tournament levels, if anyone
knows please help
