Chess engines start a thread for each cpu. With hyperthreading in the 3.06
Xeons, that means your 2 physical CPUs are 4 virtual CPUs.

I'm putting together a dual 3.06 at home, what kind of kn/s you get with the
other engines like fritz, junior (provided you have them)?
