Here are the Kn/s i've seen so far while playing engines tournaments blitz

Deep Fritz 7 averages 2500 kn/s.  Highest seen was 2900+ Kn/s
Deep Junior 7 2600+ kn/s. Highest was 3200 in end games positions
Junior 7 1600 kn/s.
Fritz 8 1100 kn/s
