I recently realized that the reason is because if the best programs are in the SSDF in the early part of the year after being released, then people will not buy the others, and if they are not the best and they are in the SSDF then people will not buy THEM. Therefore it normally takes about 6 months to have them in the SSDF rating list. That seems to be the cruel reality! S.Taylor
