NO, but a compluter with tablebase can show it is an exact draw. Still even at GM level it is played out since it requires a lot of attention to play it correctly for the weak side. It is possible to blunder and enter in a lost position. Funny enough shifting the rook to g7 is enough to loose: [D]8/p5R1/1kpb4/8/8/8/3r2BP/7K w - - here in case of 1.Bxc6 can follow 1...Rd1+ 2.Kg2 Bc5! and the rook or the bishop goes lost preserving the pawn in a7 regards Franz
