That's an interesting position - it certainly shows some differences between the engines. Junior 7 and SOS 3 announced mate in 16 after a few seconds. Some Engines take a lot longer to get to a depth of about 27 plies when the position can be seen to be advantagous. CT 15 takes a little while. Nimzo 8 takes ages.
