I must disappoint you, if there ever will be a Windows version it will be limited to the Lokasoft interface only. I have retired from active competition and being commercial, my interest in computer chess is limited to playing strength just for the fun of it, interface issues are of no interest any longer. I have a fine working DOS interface and I am most happy with it. Nevertheless there still is a small chance there will be a Rebel 12 working under the Lokasosft interface, much will depend on my mood to finish that job. So now and then I still work a couple of hours on the Lokasoft interface, today was such a day and I made some progress, don't hold your breath because tomorrow I could drop it with ease for the 20-30th time and take a long rest.
