Rafael,

Thanks so much for kind words about Rebel's simul mode. It's true somewhere in
time this option got screwed. I had several looks at the code but I am clueless
what is wrong. Mind you, the code isn't mine, the code is from a programmer who
left the company a couple of years ago. That's why I think the option is lost
forever.
