I agree that 15+10 is not tournament level but you should define what you
consider as tournament level.

All the games on ICC are at fisher time control.

I guess that 120 minute per game+120 seconds per move is considered by you as
tournament level.

I also guess that 30 minutes per game is not considered as tournament level
but I have no clear definition of tournament level.

If you give a formula what x+y time control you are interestested in then
maybe people can help you to find the games that you are interested.

You can ask for x+y>=120 or x+y>=180.

It may be interesting to get statistics about games that crafty played on ICC
based on x+y for x+y>=120.

I believe that most of the games when x+y>=120 are against computers but I may
be wrong(I remember that I watched Hossa play against crafty games of 120+3 or
something similiar and this is the basis for my guess).
