I will respond here and then can we continue the discussion by email, OK?
I received your upgrade request on Wednesday morning (it came in at 10:35p.m.
Tuesday night). Since I am very dedicated when it comes to responding to people,
the following transpired:
1) Wednesday, October 14th - 11:45 a.m. - received your email
2) Wednesday, October 14th - 1:51 p.m. - emailed Chessbase USA requesting
clarification on Chessbase upgrade policy.
3) Thursday, October 15th - 10:06 a.m. - received partial response from
Chessbase USA - needed clarification
4) Thursday, October 15th - 10:51 a.m. - sent email to Chessbase USA
asking for further clarification on upgrade policy.
As of 1 minute ago, I have not received an answer from Chessbase USA. My plan
was and still is to email you with the answer as soon as it came/comes in.
I hope you understand.
