Subject: Dynamic TB Access & Crafty..

** MChess played its games so far with "dynamic TB access" activated which is
discouraged by Marty. It's likely it would have played better without it.


Why can crafty use "dynamic TB access" even at blitz speeds and on a slower
computer like PPRO 200, and it helps. But not MCP-7(8) even on a PII 400 and at
40/2 time controls. What is going wrong with MCP-7(8)& "dynamic TB access" that
is slowing it down so much that it hurts its performence even on P II 400?
