In the final game of Kasparov vs. Junior, did Junior (the computer) or the Junior team (Amir and Shay) accept the draw? How is this normally handled in events where computers participate? Does the machine have to decide whether to offer a draw, accept a draw, or resign? Or is the operator allowed to make those decisions?
