Point ONE. If you revoke a members membership -give a pro rated return on his funds! Otherwise one can suspect nefarious profit gathering by the network. Point TWO. I myself am a very erratic player and have beaten GMs and hit 2300+ on the ICC server historically in Blitz but I am caspable of some REALLY bad chess -- do NOT call ME a cheater based on that if I use your server. I have played on WCN and was a GOLD member and found it acceptable... However I found the site --boring -- mind you that was about 2 yrs ago. The fact that you had no recourse to challenge the accusation of cheating is simply deplorable and a violation in my opinion of civil liberties not to mention possible slander! What? If you beat a GM you get booted? Talk about favoritism! Sooooooo......... If indeed you did NOT cheat then I for one am glad you voiced your concerns here.
