The first of the new AMD64 (was x86-64) line, Opteron (was Sledgehammer) is already released (22 April). This is the server version. The consumer AMD64 chip, probably to be called Athlon 64 (was Clawhammer), is scheduled to be released in September (delayed by about 1 year). Hope I got this info correct :) Cheers, Tim.
