I guess that you mean that no significant change in the evaluation except
evaluation weights is planned in the near future.

There is a definoition for stability in Leo's page
in http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/

The definition begins slightly below the middle of that page with the words:

2.stability:The engine should play a (test) series of 16 games with no more than
one hangup(on my computer).

I guess that you did not think about that definition when you used the word
stable.
