wow ...I didn't expect that.  In an email to me, I asked him for permsission to
include his games in a CD for a Chessbase 6 auction , I was contemplating -- he
said no, but he did say I can distribute the games if there was no charge.

So here it goes, if anybody wants the 2.7 million games that used to be free on
the site - just send me a blank recordable CD with a postage paid returned CD
mailer envelope and I will send you the games burned on your CD for NO CHARGE.

They will be in Chessbase Compressed format unless otherwise specified as PGN
format.
