Kurt felt offended because of the work he had done, but I am 100% sure Johan did not want to offend him. So guys, lets be friends again and put this matter away! It is not worth being PO-ed for. And Johan, I still forgot to congratulate you on the fine win in Leiden! So here it is at last. Jeroen
