There is no complete list of those in the docs (only one or two examples mentioned IIRC, including knights). Since the generation of 5-piece tables is a quite time consuming process, I let only generate all 4-piece tables, and copied all rook 5-piece endings (R+? vs. R) which I want to use in addition to that, from the CD.
