No!   Look it's real simple to understand. The rules say no computers. End of
story.
Now they do have postal chess with computers assistance allowed!
There also is, postal computer chess!  Hmmmmmm, lets say you entered a postal
computer chess tourament, ok.  Now, your program reaches a position in the end
game, will say, and it makes a move that you know is not right!  Would it be
fair for others, if you took the move back and played a move you know is correct
for your computer? When in fact the program couldn't find the move on it's own!
