Some of the original CM EGTBs have a bug though. On the Chessmaster 9000
website, there's a new version of the EGTB generator program for download.
Unfortunately, nobody seems to know exactly which of the tables were affected by
the bug (some including knights were mentioned).

I suggest to generate at least the 4-piece tables new, with the new generator
(which doesn't take much time). Then you have to decide which 5-piece tables to
use and if you copy them from the CD, or generate them too with the fixed
generator... but that will take much more time I guess.

(As a compromise, I copied all R?-R from the CD in addition to the newly
generated 4-piece CM tables. I still have no info if RN-R or another rook-ending
was affected by the bug).

Btw. the readme which comes with the generator has useful information about the
CM EGTB files, what the filenames mean, etc.
