Time controls have *nothing* to do with the length of a game (the number of the moves). And if, then it can probably make max. 2 or 3 moves more or less, never 20 or 30 moves more or less, in average... And "time control lesser than the published one" makes no sense. Also, he was talking about serious testers. Even the idea is an insult...
