Yes White is beter but most programs screw it.
And then White is in trouble.
Or not able to win.

The analyze the personalety gave is kind of weird
Why would it play Bxh3 instead of Bh5?
you could play g6 after Qf7 to lock up the bischop
But that doesn't work out well either.
 Bf4 is actualy the key move to avoid the pins on the second rank .
It gives White a solid postion with an increased attack.
After that most programs don't have any difecultys.
