Will Computer chess fade if all desktops beat the strongest players? I for one will still be interested in computer chess, I will still enjoy playing computer vs computer especially with the emergence of exciting playing styles like junior 8. I just hope the computer chess programmers will still be interested to make chess programs when that time comes. I think as long as there are people who will buy there product, they will continue to program until chess has been solved
