No, not really appropriate :-)
The *.exe file of the "fossile" Rebel Century 4.0 is from Jan 3rd 2002
(rebel.eng from Oct 2001).
Fritz 3 is from 1995 as far as I remember - and really a "fossile" Fritz :-).

An appropriate Fritz version would be Fritz 7 (7.0.0.8 engine from May 2002,
7.0.0.6 from Jan 2002, 7.0.0.2 from Nov 2001).
Look at the SSDF result of Fritz 7 (don't know exactly what F7 engine version):
