They do not need it but it does not mean that they will not consider your
opinion if you want them to test it.

When there are a lot of possible programs to test then I guess that programs
that the programmer ask them to test get higher priority.

You may prefer to ask them to test a later version because it is not clear if
they will have time to test more than one Rebel in the near future.
