It may be, that there are still moves which could be considered tactical even in long games, but very difficult to spot. Who can distinguish if tactics are based on 15, 18 or 22 plies of calculation? Maybe Hübner with a phone book of analysis :-) I cannot... It has also been said (something like): postional play is just another term for very deep tactics, more or less.
