Subject: question about ct.ini / Tiger 15

(I'm forwarding a question from a german computer chess fan:)

In Tiger 15's ct.ini, what do the settings "Niveau", and "TempsManip" mean, and
what would be appropriate values for it?

(I'd like to add the question, is it recommendable to edit these values
manually, or should only the GUI do this?)
