This (end-)game looks totally broken from both sides :-))

In this position,
[D]8/1R6/4k2p/7K/6rP/8/8/8 b - - 0 42
Black played 42...Rxh4?? -0.01/34 (??)

(I notice in the notation you pasted, that white's evals are given up to move
42, and then again for the last move 96.Rb4 only... what happened with white's
evals for moves 43-95? Maybe this points to the problem too.)

KR-K was reached on move 46:
[D]8/5R2/7p/3k3K/8/8/8/8 w - - 0 46
46.Kxh6

An important notice: In the Fritz GUI, when a tablebase position is reached on
the board, the engines don't need to play themselves anymore. Usually (if the
option which controls this isn't changed from it's default), the *GUI* accesses
the tablebases then, and does the rest. Since you write you have configured TBS.
cache, I assume you also have tablebases installed (?). If you have all 3- and
4-piece tables, the position should be no problem at all. I have the Fritz 8 GUI
and Shredder 7.SE engine running, and #16 is announced immediatly.

(the 7.SE version is between 7 and 7.04 so to speak)

In your game, white played the ending correctly until move #55, when the rook
should have made a waiting move on the 4th rank...
[D]8/8/3K4/1k6/5R2/8/8/8 w - - 0 55
55.Kd5?

I checked what happens if the Shredder 7.SE engine would have to play here
without any tbs. access, and it finds the #7 very quickly... So I assume, this
is really an GUI/tbs. issue, not related to the engine itself.

I guess, your tablebase installation is (partially) broken. You should try to
check the integrity of the tbs. files, and/or reinstall them.

(Considering the move 42...Rxh4 above, also Blacks software cannot be quite ok.)
