On the toolbar choose "Extras" Options Engine Options Change style to "Normal" Create Engine Name engine, "Shredder7 Normal" OK OK OK Now right click on the Main engine window, you will see your new engine listed. to load any engine in this list, change engine. Someone thinks the default settings are stronger than the Normal style. kburcham
