We do not know the time that he used to develop it.
It is possible that he started to develop it 10 years ago but we only heard
about it in the last year.

I believe that it is also possible that some genius will develop a top program
faster than one year so I do not like criticizing a programmer because of the
time that it took him to develop his program.
