Subject: CM9_Utz12p Settings for The King?

Could someone (hopefully Kurt) post the definitive settings for CM9_Uts12p?

I'd like them for WB2UCI and CM GUI. The link
http://www.skpfaeffikon.ch/Utzinger/Downloads/CM9utz12n_settings.htm does it
nicely for Utz12n, but I could find no similar page for 12p. I already have some
settings for 12p, but was recently messing around with them and am not sure
they're correct now.
